The wine is aged in French oak barrels for 24 months to fully integrate its tannins and structure. It is deep maroon in color and opens to aromas of dark roasted coffee, black fruit and toast. The flavors are evocative of black forest fruits, dark chocolate shavings, plum and toffee.
